Promotions:
Coupon Code Promotions are limited to one per customer. No more than one Coupon Code may be used per order.
Gifts:
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and do not wish for an invoice to be included in the package, please let us know when you place the order.
Ordering Timeline:
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are generally shipped out no later than the following Tuesday.
Payment:
Your credit card will be processed on the day your order is shipped.
Repairs:
We hope you enjoy your jewelry for generations to come. We proudly stand behind our jewelry and will repair or replace any registered item for any reason within 1 year of purchase. Should warranty service be required, please send the item along with a ten dollar check or money order to Stephen Estelle Jewelry, PO Box 1573, Red Lodge, MT 59068. All designs are repaired outside the US with a turnaround time of 8-12 weeks.
Repairs, stone replacement, cleaning and polishing after the 1 year warranty period are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling.
Web Order Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days. Returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email: stephen@stephenestelle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number you may send the merchandise to:
