Hassle Free Web Order Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged silver merchandise for a full refund within 30 days. We do not allow returns of Special Order items crafted specifically for the client, such as our 14k gold collection. Returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email: stephen@stephenestelle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Ticket will provide you with the correct address to which to send your item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We suggest you insure your parcel, as Stephen Estelle Jewelry cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to receipt.

Promotions:
Coupon Code Promotions are limited to one per customer. No more than one Coupon Code may be used per order.

Gifts:
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and do not wish for an invoice to be included in the package, please let us know when you place the order.

Order Timeline:
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are generally shipped out no later than the following Tuesday. Please note, Special Order items such as those in our 14k gold collection, require approximately 8 weeks to craft.

Payment:
Your credit card will be processed on the day your order is placed. Please note, if your purchase is a Special Order item that needs to be crafted, we will charge your credit card 50% of the total purchase price as a deposit. The remainder will be charged when the item is finished and ready for shipment.

Repairs:
We hope you enjoy your jewelry for generations to come. We proudly stand behind our jewelry and will repair or replace any item for any reason within 1 year of purchase. Should warranty service be required, please email us at stephen@stephenestelle.com . We will provide you with a Repair Ticket to print and include with your shipment. The Repair Ticket will indicate the address to which your product should be shipped.

Repairs, stone replacement, cleaning and polishing after the 1 year warranty period are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling.
